If you need more information about a product you see on our site, please email our customer service department at . Within 24 hours we will respond with an acknowledgement that we have received your request for additional information. Within 48 hours of your request you should receive a response with the information you asked for.

Some of the items we offer are only available for in-store purchasing. If you see something on our website that you wish to purchase, but are unable to complete your transaction online, please contact our store. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you in making your purchase over the phone.

Shipping Information
At The Inkwell Home Store we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. All items purchased will be shipped via standard ground delivery, unless an alternative shipping method is selected at checkout. With standard ground delivery you should expect your order to arrive within 5-10 days for in stock items.

Fees for standard ground shipping are listed below. All shipping fees are calculated based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise. Additional charges may apply (see below).

For all residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $8.00 will be added to the standard ground shipping fee schedule. Other additional charges might be added for certain merchandise due to its size and/or weight.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail indicating your order has shipped. It will also include information about how to track your order.

Returns and Refunds
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell from both our store, and our website. If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product, credit your account, or issue a refund as quickly as possible. If you happen to receive damaged or defective merchandise, or an item you did not order please contact us as soon as possible. We will then contact our shipping company to pick up the item and return it to us. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at or call us at (800) 236-6343 Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time.

There are two possible options for returning merchandise. Items can always be returned at our store in Corvallis Oregon; just bring your invoice or receipt. Items can also be returned by mail or parcel delivery. If you choose to return your merchandise to us via mail or parcel delivery please complete the return form and enclose it with a copy of your invoice or receipt. Once you have repackaged the item, enclosed the return form and receipt simply ship the item back to us. We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges.

When your returned merchandise is received you will be issued a refund. A refund to your credit card account will be completed within ten (10) business days, while a refund check will take up to 14 business days.

Gift Purchases
If you are purchasing a gift to be shipped to another party, simply fill in their information for the ship to address during checkout. The Inkwell Home Store does gift wrap items that have been purchased if it is requested. Simply denote in the comment section of checkout that you would like the item gift-wrapped. There is a $5.00 fee for each item you request to be gift-wrapped.

If a gift has been sent to you and you are not completely satisfied, you may return the gift. If you choose to return a gift we will either replace the item, exchange it for another item, or issue you an Inkwell Home Store gift card for the amount of the item.
